Compass Box Flaming Heart 25th Anniversary Edition 70cl

AED 575.00

Campfire whisky energy, but dialled up and dressed for a birthday party. This 25th Anniversary Flaming Heart from Compass Box is a Scottish single malt built around smoky oak, warm spice, and a sweet-tart fruit edge that keeps things lively. It’s bold, layered, and a little dangerous, the kind of bottle that turns “one dram” into a whole conversation!

Description

Smoky, spicy, and weirdly addictive, this 25th Anniversary Flaming Heart is Compass Box doing what they do best, building a big, layered Scottish single malt that feels like standing next to a crackling fire with a pocketful of dried fruit and toasted nuts.

  • Nose: Campfire smoke, toasted oak, clove and cinnamon, plus a streak of red fruit and orange peel.
  • Taste: Charred oak and peppery spice up front, then dark honey, dried cherry, and cocoa, with a mouth-coating, warming weight.
  • Finish: Long and ember-like, with lingering wood smoke, baking spice, and a final flicker of bittersweet chocolate.

Being a single malt means every drop comes from one distillery, so you get a focused character instead of a blurred mix, and here that character is all about smoke meeting spice, then letting fruit and cocoa fill in the edges. It’s the kind of whisky that rewards slow attention, new aromas keep popping up as the glass sits, and every sip lands a little differently.

This is also a Compass Box signature move, big flavour without needing a dictionary. You don’t have to “analyse” it, you just follow the trail from toasted wood, to pepper, to fruit, to chocolate, and suddenly your brain is busy in a good way.

Fun Fact: Compass Box built its reputation by fighting for clearer whisky labelling, and they’ve been famously outspoken about wanting drinkers to know what’s in the bottle, not just admire the label.
