Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
If You Received a Defective Item
We stand behind the quality of everything on our shelves. If you believe a bottle you’ve received is defective, we’re happy to replace it with one of equal or greater value. The value will be based on your original purchase price — not current shelf price. If you choose a replacement that costs more, you’ll simply pay the difference, including applicable taxes. Please note we do not offer store credit.
Since we can’t guarantee how products are stored once they leave our care, any issues must be reported within 7 days of purchase. Bottles will be assessed by our team before an exchange is approved, and you’ll need to provide the original sales receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If You Ordered a Bit Too Much
Planning an event? We get it — sometimes it’s better to over-order than run out. For large orders, we may accept returns on unopened bottles of spirits by prior agreement. Just speak to our sales team before finalizing your purchase and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Please note: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for wine (including champagne) and beer, as storage conditions play a major role in maintaining quality once the bottle leaves our hands.
