It’s an aged Dominican Republic rum, and that origin matters. Expect a smoother, more rounded style that’s easy to sip, but still bold enough to hold its own in a proper cocktail.

- Taste: Toffee and brown sugar, gentle spice (think cinnamon), and a lightly woody backbone that keeps it feeling grown-up.
